My role at Grassroots is meaningful and allows me to have an impact on people’s lives in a tangible and practical way.  At Grassroots we support individuals to overcome personal and systematic barriers to feel empowered to live the life they desire. Grassroots are committed to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive support to address all issues head on. For me what makes Grassroots so special is the incredible team of inspiring people whom I get to work, grow, and share the journey with. Each member of our team shares a deep passion for creating change and improving the lives of our mob and communities. The dedication and genuine care for our participants creates an environment of trust, understanding and respect where we are all valued and supported. Grassroots provides for me the opportunity to practice my skills, knowledge, and compassion to promote the wellbeing of our staff and clients.
